Beyond the Brain - Ultimate Love and Holotropic States of Consciousness
Nothing is so fullpacked with hopes, emotions, ideals, visions and energy as a close relation. And it also brings up to Awareness all the other qualities, which we normally don´t want to have or maybe even don´t feel very much related too: fear, anger, pain, envy, guilt, shame, loss etc. So the Relation is always a risk and a big Chance at the same time. When we see the circumstances under which archetypal or biographical conditions and personal preferences people choose one another it really seems like an „miracle“ that one finds another and stays with him for a long time – maybe for a lifetime. Especially the elemental Crisis which often occur sooner or later in close Relationships seem to be really good Catalysts for Breaking through into other States of Awareness and Mindfulness beside the classical western EGO-Structure.
My Thesis for this Presentation is, that „Love“ is a – or is related to an – expanded State of Consciousness. For this we „modern Minds“ generally need some sort of „Opener“. Often Clients experienced such kind of Opener in personal Crisis or Peak-States which where induced through some sort of spiritual Practice, like Meditation or Yoga, or through Sports and other Everyday-Practices like Walking in Nature. Studies show that close and intimate Relationships by Heart are also a very profound „Opener“ for this Expanded Consciousness which can lead into a much bigger Understanding of „Love“ that is not exclusive but including Life itself or in general. In our western Tradition we find this Experience quite clearly in the Love-Poems of the Middle-Age-Mystics.
In my presentation I want to investigate Methods and Techniques which are used in the psychotherapeutical Setting and which are suitable for inviting the so called „holotropic States of Consciousness“ (Stanislav Grof). I further on want to give a Guideline for Safety and Setting.

Hypnotherapist (NGH™), Cert. Hypnotist (NGH™) oder Cert. Consulting Hypnotist (NGH™).

Awarenessbased DeHypnosis & Inner-Team-Focusing® (ITF)
Awarenessbased DeHypnosis and Inner-Team-Focusing® (ITF) has been developed by Jörg Fuhrmann as a holistic approach that is based on contemplative mindfulness and selectively incorporates the wisdom of the body with the inner trance work. Certainly, the ITF is based on the idea to be more than just a method or a methods Fusion. Because, as we all know, the experience of genuine contacts in the „here and now“ and the conscious recognition of oneself has the greatest healing potential. Therefore, the ITF considers itself more as an „Process-oriented awareness-philosophy“ which goal is „De-hypnosis“ – if it even has one.
One of the basic ideas of ITF is based on what Transpersonal Psychology has been called a „consensus trance“: Throughout society we are all continually arrested in trances without an glimpse of awareness about this fact. Because for us „modern unconscious Caveman“ these collective trances are rated as „normal Consciousness“.
These „Trances“ were, induced by our parents, family, friends, educators, pedagogues, teachers, pastors, and of course, through the media. The only problem with this is, that our modern cultures provide no periods of conscious Recovery and collective DeHypnosis – like the Greeks still had. These continual focalizations and dissociations – both are essential for a successful hypnosis – are the true Creators of our different internal parts of the personality ( „ego states“). So we work in the ITF Training with induced trances, the personality facets, the repressed shadow shares – in the sense of C.G. Jung – and sometimes with unhealthy ego fixations which have emerged often from a believed, or as real experienced deficit. This work opens up a whole new framework and space, which gives Hypnosis back the Body and the deeper inner Awareness. Complicated doublebind-situations and ambiguous orders often get solved in a very elegant and gentle manner.

- Selbsthypnose & Trancegrundlagen
- Alltagstrance
- Ego-States & Inneres Team/ Innere Familie

Tools for Evolution: Knowledge and Practice That Make Us Real.
What prevents us from fulfilling our potential and taking our full advantage of the given opportunities? What might be the reason of the difficulties we experience in our life, our relationship, business?
What prevents us from fulfilling our potential and taking our full advantage of the given opportunities? What might be the reason of the difficulties we experience in our life, our relationship, business?
What are the main reasons of our stress and our problems and what kind of solutions do the great psychologists, the spiritual and art masters offer to us?
What kind of obstacles do we meet in our development?
Why do we seldom achieve our goals?
Why do we often feel unhappy?
Why aren’t we still englightened?
We’re searching for the answers to these questions. The questioning itself implies we are really desperate for the Knowledge.
The number of questions is unlimited and they do cover numerous grounds. But there is one thing in common: they all specify our ways to become more REAL and free from IGNORANCE individuals by means of Knowledge and Development .??
If the main goal is to become REAL applying the true knowledge, then we are to possess the integral view of the way we can develop ourselves in six dimensions of our existence; as far as the knowledge is mostly valuable as a tool for evolution.
What is the human world to become to serve its best for the main goal of our universe-the evolution?
All the spheres of life:medicine, ethics, politics, economics, education, everyday life, business, spirituality, everything serves this goal in this world.
We welcome you to discuss all these issues on the XIX conference of the European transpersonal association called «tools for evolution», that will take place in St.Petersburg, 19-23, September,2018.

Trauma-emPower – alte & neue Wege ganzheitlicher Trauma-Verarbeitung (Jörg Fuhrmann)
