(Terms and Conditions of external training providers may take precedence)

1. Scope of the freiraum Institute (Training, Consulting & Coaching)
1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to the conduct of seminars and training courses at the freiraum Institute, as well as to individual counseling, couples counseling, and team development within the framework of the freiraum practice.
1.2. We expressly point out that all activities at the freiraum Institute are exclusively vocational training, psychological counseling, life coaching, parenting counseling, couples counseling, personal development, and coaching (with healthy individuals). For medical-therapeutic treatment or diagnosis, please consult a physician or certified psychological psychotherapist. Please also note the contraindications for trance work, Holotropic Breathwork, Hypnagogic Breathwork, cold exposure, and the use of our various devices at the freiraum Institute. In case of any health conditions or any uncertainties, please clarify these with your family doctor in advance.

02.a) Contraindications to working with hypnosis/trance
02.01. Heart attack/stroke within the last six months or chronic heart disease (especially cardiovascular disease/thrombosis)
02.02. Epilepsy/seizure disorders/diseases of the central nervous system/bronchial asthma
02.03. Psychiatric diagnosis (especially psychosis/schizophrenia/endogenous depression/bipolar disorder/paranoia/severe dissociative disorders and personality disorders – in this context also Hashimoto’s thyroiditis syndrome)
02.04. Alcohol addiction/prescription addiction/drug addiction/psychotropic medication (only with the consent of the treating physician)
02.05. Physical/mental disabilities
02.06. Pregnancy
02.07. Suicidality (in the event of any indication of suicidal tendencies, we are obligated to inform the relevant government authorities)
02.08. No adulthood without parental consent
02.09. If such contraindications exist (or become known during training), practical work cannot be carried out with the person at the respective seminars. Participation is still possible.

02.b) Contraindications to working with Holotropic Breathwork/Hypnagogic Breathwork (including training)
02.01. Heart attack/stroke within the last six months/cardiovascular disease/high blood pressure (consult your family doctor in advance for mild heart/circulatory problems)
02.02. Epilepsy/seizure disorders/diseases of the central nervous system
02.03. Psychiatric diagnoses that are still valid (especially psychosis/schizophrenia/endogenous depression/bipolar disorder/paranoia and personality disorders) and are not considered „discharged cured,“ as well as acute crises and psychological instability (e.g., due to unresolved trauma/burnout, etc.) that prevent necessary self-reflection, experimental self-awareness, empathy for other participants, and group processes. Should these conditions become apparent during the training/change/differ from what was stated in the application form, we reserve the right to exclude participants from the training. In such a case, any portions of the training that have not been completed up to that point will be refunded. Participation explicitly excludes any further reimbursement or compensation.
02.04. Alcoholism/prescription addiction/drug addiction/psychotropic medication (only with the consent of the attending physician)
02.05. Acute infections/communicable diseases/surgery performed less than 6 months ago
02.06. Physical/Mental Disabilities
02.07. Pregnancy
02.08. Suicidality (in the event of any indication of suicidal tendencies, we are obligated to inform the relevant government authorities)
02.09. Glaucoma or Retinal Detachment
02.10. Bronchial Asthma (max. with asthma inhaler/consult a doctor if unsure)
02.11. Diabetes
02.12. Aneurysm (vascular abnormality)
02.13. Thrombosis/thrombus/mRNA treatment (only after D-dimer testing/complete blood count/ECG & medical approval)
02.14. Osteoporosis (breathing is possible – but active bodywork is not possible)
02.15. No adulthood without parental consent
02.16. If such contraindications exist, the person cannot be worked with as a breathing person.

02.c) Independently consult your family doctor in the case of mRNA treatment for breathing sessions/breathing workshops/transpersonal training/cold exposure/use of technical equipment at the freiraum Institute.
02.01. Have a D-dimer test performed before your appointment.
02.02. Have a complete blood count done.
02.03. Have an ECG done.
02.04. If your doctor subsequently confirms that you are safe for several hours of breathwork/cold exposure/magnetic field treatment, you can participate in breathing workshops/1:1 breathwork/transpersonal training.
02.05. Confirmation is required for each

Confirmation must be provided for each module and submitted in writing.
6th. We assume no liability for any consequential damages that may occur to mRNA patients. By registering/participating, you waive any claims for reimbursement.

d) Contraindications to the use of Bemer, Aion, Chi Machine, TDP Lamp, IHHT & Tesla Oscillator (We assume no liability for the consequences of using the previously described services)
January 2nd. Heart attack/stroke within the last six months/cardiovascular disease/high blood pressure (consult your family doctor in advance for mild heart/circulatory problems)/pacemaker/mRNA treatment (only after D-dimer testing/complete blood count/ECG & medical approval)
2nd.2nd. Epilepsy/seizure disorders/diseases of the central nervous system
3rd.2nd. A psychiatric diagnosis that still applies (especially psychosis/schizophrenia/endogenous depression/bipolar disorder/paranoia, and personality disorders) and is not considered „discharged cured.“
02.04. Acute infections/communicable diseases/surgery performed less than 6 months ago
02.05. Pregnancy
02.06. Immunosuppressive therapy following organ transplantation

02.e) Instructions for use & contraindications for self-application of the SSP app (We assume no liability for the consequences of self-application of the SSP app)

02.01. We recommend self-application without supervision only for stable and healthy individuals. The SSP for personal development does not replace psychotherapy, direct 1:1 coaching, or therapy with a professionally trained facilitator, but is a complementary tool on the path to personal growth and self-regulation. It is used at the patient’s own risk. New clients should contact us in the practice to take a medical history. Self-application should not be used in cases of psychosis, antipsychotic medication use, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, suicidality and self-harm, dissociative personality disorder, PTSD/post-traumatic stress disorder, seizure disorder, seizure disorder, epilepsy, neurological disorders, medically relevant ear and auditory canal disorders, acute tinnitus, or other medically relevant illnesses that must first be clarified by a doctor. We assume no liability for the consequences of self-application of the SSP app.

03. Personal Responsibility & Confidentiality of Group Participants/Clients
03.01. Each participant acts 100% independently. They bear full responsibility for themselves and their own actions both inside and outside of the seminar/coaching session and are responsible for any damage caused.
03.02. The participant undertakes to provide truthful information in advance of the event regarding any physical or psychological problems that may be relevant to participation. By registering/attending the preliminary interview and completing the medical history form for the first appointment, participants/clients confirm that they are not at acute risk of suicide and that they are sufficiently stable for a counseling/coaching and seminar process. The participant/client confirms that if instability should arise as a result of a seminar/individual appointment, they will contact a local doctor/psychologist and, if necessary, seek inpatient treatment. The participant/client also agrees that if they mention possible suicidal tendencies during the course/individual session, we will inform the responsible emergency medical services and pass on their address and other necessary information to the appropriate authorities.
03.03. We assume no liability for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss in connection with the event, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent action on our part.
03.04. We reserve the right to exclude participants from further participation in justified cases. This does not entitle them to a refund of the participation fee.
03.05. All of our seminars are governed by the principle of a „protected environment“ and confidentiality, which is accepted in the Terms and Conditions. Participants are, of course, welcome to discuss their seminar experiences with other people, but it is forbidden to disclose names or personal information of other participants to such an extent that third parties could identify them. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to exclude participants from FRI seminars. Refunds of participation fees already paid are excluded.

04. Registration & Payment Agreement (AT – DE – CH)
04.01. Registration is required for all events. For the two-year transpersonal training, registration is only possible after we have submitted an application and accepted the course. Participants can register in writing.

04.02. Registration for courses is binding. We will notify participants if the course is full or canceled.
04.03. Registrations will be considered by freiraum based on the date they are received.
04.04: The respective fees for courses, lectures, and intensive sessions/weeks should be received by us in the confirmation email within 14 days of registration. For short-term registrations with less than 14 days‘ notice, the seminar fee must be transferred directly. Please bring the payment receipt with you to the seminar.
04.05: Price information/currency information for seminar bookings and individual appointments in Germany and Switzerland: For participants residing in one of the eurozone countries, euro prices apply. For Swiss residents, the daily exchange rate in CHF applies. For seminars and individual appointments in the eurozone countries, please transfer the euro amount to our euro account. For seminars and coaching sessions in Switzerland, please transfer the CHF amount to our CHF account.
04.06. In the event of non-fulfillment of payment obligations or cancellation fees by participants, we will refer the matter to our legal department upon second reminder. The place of jurisdiction is Schaffhausen, Switzerland.

05. Data Protection (see our „Data Protection“ page)

06. Withdrawal/Cancellation/Revocation (Open Workshops/1:1 Training/Intensive Weeks/Days) (Telephone appointments/telephone coaching sessions can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the appointment – ​​after that, only a one-time free rebooking to another date is possible. 06.01. For open courses/workshops, cancellations made less than 6 weeks before the respective appointment or in the event of general non-attendance will incur the full fee unless an alternative participant is provided. (For short-term bookings of less than 6 weeks, you can cancel free of charge within 48 hours – after that, the full fee will also apply.) This also applies if the client has developed contraindications for practical participation in the meantime and therefore cannot participate. The decisive factor for timeliness is the receipt of the cancellation notice by freiraum-Institut, Grossi Schanz 4, 8260 Stein am Rhein, Switzerland. Failure to attend individual event units and VIP training days (including due to force majeure) does not entitle you to a fee reduction. If necessary, please take out travel cancellation insurance when booking. February 6th: Intensive days/weeks 1:1 coaching – in the event of personal or scheduling complications, we offer a one-time free rebooking to an alternative date. For cancellations made later than six weeks after booking intensive days, a cancellation fee of CHF 150 per booked day is payable. This also applies if the client has developed contraindications for treatment in the meantime and the appointments therefore cannot be held as planned. For short-term bookings of less than six weeks, you can cancel free of charge within a maximum of 48 hours – after that, a free rebooking to an alternative date is also possible, or the aforementioned cancellation fees will apply in the event of a cancellation. Upon agreement with us, the appointment can also be given to another person of your choice. be exchanged for SSP online use. The timeliness of withdrawal is determined by the receipt of the cancellation notice by the freiraum Institute, Grossi Schanz 4, 8260 Stein am Rhein, Switzerland. Failure to attend individual intensive days or an entire intensive week (including due to force majeure) does not entitle you to a reduction or refund of the fees. Please treat your bookings for intensive days/weeks with us as external seminar bookings and, if necessary, take out travel cancellation insurance.
06.03. Transpersonal Training: For withdrawals up to 90 days before the start of the training, a processing fee of CHF 150 will be charged. For cancellations less than 90 days before the start of the training, the training costs must be paid in full. This also applies in the event of illness. If a substitute can be provided, these costs are waived. This does not apply if the training has already begun. Insurance is the responsibility of the provider. In the event of major deficits in one’s own emotional capacity/reflective ability/ Empathy/group suitability or in the case of incorrect information in the application form/medical history form, we reserve the right to exclude affected participants from further participation – in this case we will refund the outstanding amount for services not yet provided – any further reimbursement or compensation is explicitly excluded with participation.

7. SSP Sound Treatment Online Booking
7.1 By purchasing the limited-time SSP online subscription, the purchaser expressly waives the statutory right of withdrawal for digital products.

8. Seminar Cancellation/Appointment Cancellation: Group Seminar & VIP Training/Intensive Coaching Days
8.1. Group events require a minimum of four participants (exception: 1:1 VIP training). If there are not enough registrations, the event may be canceled. Fees already paid will be refunded immediately. Further claims for damages are excluded.
8.2. Government measures, natural disasters, traffic disruptions, border closures, pandemics, bomb discoveries, disruptions in energy and raw material supplies, illness of the speaker/therapist, and other cases of force majeure and obvious illnesses of the participant/client that currently make further collaboration impossible (e.g., influenza/fever/mental instability, etc.), i.e., extraordinary events for which freiraum is not responsible, release freiraum from the obligation to fulfill the contract for the duration of their effects. In these cases, freiraum is not obligated to pay compensation, in particular not to reimburse travel and accommodation expenses or loss of working hours. Within the framework of VIP trainings or intensive coaching days, new dates can simply be arranged with freiraum at a later date free of charge. If necessary, take out travel cancellation insurance.

09. Disclaimer
09.01. Our liability for damages, in particular those resulting from accidents, damage, loss, or theft, is excluded unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence on our part. We assume no liability for any costs incurred, such as loss of earnings, lost profits, or third-party claims, data loss, travel expenses, consequential damages, or financial losses of any kind.
09.02. Course participants are solely responsible for the use of our certification logos. The freiraum Institute assumes no liability for any violations by course participants.
09.03. After the seminar, course participants are solely responsible for the professional and proper application of the methods learned. The methods/techniques taught in the seminars are merely examples that must be individually considered when applied. Therapeutic interventions may only be used with the appropriate medical license. The same applies to interventions/techniques not supervised by the course instructor and therefore applied independently by the participant on another participant without permission from the instructor. The freiraum Institute assumes no liability for any violations by course participants.

10. Exclusion of Guarantee of Success
10.01 Since every person is at a different stage of development, no guarantee of success is possible.
It may happen that agreed-upon goals are not achieved. The course participant is at least 50% responsible for their own success. We therefore hereby exclude any guarantee of success.

11. Certifications & Legal Use of Titles
11.01 NGH certification can be applied for upon completion of the „Hypnosis Basics Module“ and the „ITF DeHypnosis Module“ directly through the Freiraum Institute in the USA, signed by NGH hypnotrainer Jörg Fuhrmann. The simplified and guaranteed NGH certification through the FRI costs €300 for FRI complete training participants and includes the certification costs, the NGH annual fees, and UPS postage.

11.02 11.03 The FRI assumes no responsibility for titles and designations used or advertised improperly, such as „hypnotherapist“ or „hypnosis therapist.“ In Germany, only alternative practitioners and physicians are authorized to practice medicine. Participation in our program does not confer such authorization. Please inform yourself, if necessary from your local health authority, which designation you are personally permitted to use. If you have completed a course with us and acquired a corresponding title that is prohibited by law, you are not permitted to use the certificate, logo, or designation in any way publicly or professionally (this applies to all advertising as well as for your premises). In this context, we expressly refer to the announcement published by the German Health and Social Services Association (DGH) in December 2013 that the title „hypnotherapist“ has been legally protected in Germany and is only permitted for licensed psychotherapists and physicians. Furthermore, all hypnosis consultants and coaches are, of course, prohibited from engaging in any kind of healing or therapeutic activity.

12. Copyrights & Online Logo Use
12.01 Concepts: The concepts and content of the events are protected by copyright (FRI/NGH). The same applies to the working materials used in the events. Copying and forwarding to third parties is only permitted with the prior consent of the copyright holder.
12.02 Seminars: Audio and video recordings during the event are prohibited.
12.03 Homepages: The content and works on these websites created by the website operators are subject to copyright. Reproduction, editing, distribution, and any type of exploitation outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this website are only permitted with permission and are not permitted for commercial use. To the extent that the content on this website was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is marked as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, we ask that you notify us accordingly. Upon notification of any violations, we will remove such content immediately.
12.04. Use of Logos: The logos may be used for the aforementioned promotional materials (flyers, business cards, etc.) in accordance with the specifications in the freiraum seminar folders.

13. Miscellaneous
13.01 Bringing pets is prohibited, or at external events only by arrangement.
