Cancellation policy for seminar participation/caching holidays/self-awareness/supervision groups
The following applies to consumers – excluding businesses – residing in Germany:
Cancellation policy & right of withdrawal
As an end consumer, you can withdraw from your contract within 14 days without stating reasons in text form (e.g., letter, fax, email). The period begins upon receipt of this notice in text form, but not before the conclusion of the contract and not before we have fulfilled our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB). To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the cancellation in a timely manner. The cancellation must be sent to:
freiraum-Institut, Grossi Schanz 4, 8260 Stein am Rhein, Switzerland, or by email to:
info@freiraum-institut.ch
Consequences of Cancellation
In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties must be returned, along with any benefits derived (e.g., interest). If you are unable to return or surrender the received services and benefits (e.g., benefits of use) to us, or only partially, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value. This may result in you nevertheless being required to fulfill your contractual payment obligations for the period up to the cancellation. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days.
The period begins for you upon sending your cancellation notice, and for us upon receipt. Your right of cancellation expires prematurely if the contract has been fully fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of cancellation.
End of the cancellation policy.
